Bear hunters can enjoy either a spring or fall
bear hunt. There are several things that are important when looking
for a quality bear hunt.
Experience the adventure: This is the most important
aspect of any hunt but it is the most overlooked. Field and Fly
Outfitters works hard at putting you on to bears and that is great
but what is even better is they put just as much effort in making
sure you're hunt is as enjoyable as possible.
Baiting Techniques: Proper baiting techniques include
quality of bait. I am not talking about what a guide uses for bait.
I am referring to guides that know what other guides in the area
are using for bait and coming up with their own blend that is better
than everyone elses. Bears do have favorites and if they find a
bait they like they will keep coming back. Tim Clark uses an assortment
of baits and over the years has come up with a successful recipe.
Good bait and the camera's Tim puts out at the baits provide excellant
bear activity at all bait sites.
Location: Picking a successful bait
location is a special gift that not everyone has. Years of experience,
and knowing the area are critical to sucess. Tim Clark lives and
breaths bear hunting. That is why Field and Fly Outfitters is so
successful. Ofcourse it doesn't hurt to guide in premier bear country.
With a very healthy bear population Tim puts you on to some really
nice bear.
Bears
sited: Some hunters like to see a lot of bears.
Others like to hunt big bears. Maybe your interested in a color
phased bear. What ever you're looking for Field and Fly Outfitters
can provide it. That is because Tim Clark guides in some of the
best bear country in Canada.
Moose
Hunting Opportunities:
Field and Fly Outfitters provides some excellent moose hunting opportunites.
With a moose population numbering greater than 25,000 your chance
to harvest not just a bull moose but some big moose! The biggest
bulls top the scales at more than 1000 pounds and carry magnificent
racks. Here is an email that Tim sends out every year to all his
clients reminding them to put in for the lottery. You still have
time so don't hesitate.
